Puppy Belly Deli’s food is a little more expensive than most commercially available dog food. This is simply because locally sourced, fresh, all-natural food costs more than the by-products, fillers and preservatives that make up
much of commercially processed dog food. In addition, Puppy Belly Deli meals are cooked fresh locally, by hand, not processed by the ton in a factory. Gently cooked, smaller batches means higher quality, fresher food that retains more of its nutritional value. An average 12-pound adult dog can eat high-quality meals from Puppy Belly Deli for less than $5 per day. When mixed with a high quality, commercially available dry food, you are vastly improving the nutritional profile of the meal for a small price. The primary benefit of real, all-natural food is improved health over the course of your dog’s life. Poor health has a high cost, whether through regular veterinary bills, expensive tests, surgeries or other procedures. Avoiding just one procedure through better nutrition would more than cover the slightly higher cost of our high-quality, fresh food. If you wouldn’t eat it, why feed it to your best buddy?
